Coping with work-related stress is the way to success

Two and a half years ago, we realized that an increasing number of Finns are struggling in the workplace. According to reports, every fifth person currently manages fairly or very poorly at work. Every third employee experiences work-related burnout weekly, and every fourth person over 40 is at a significant risk of becoming occupationally disabled. These are substantial challenges of our time.

On the other hand, Finland has a very unique occupational healthcare system that includes significant resources. In our opinion, the system does not adequately respond to the challenges of today. The problem is crystallized in the fact that companies often acquire occupational healthcare services only because the law obliges them to do so.

Our common goal is to help Finns thrive in the workplace. We stand out with an entirely new occupational health concept that provides the keys to systematic development of both individual and organizational well-being. Alongside the new concept, at the heart of the service is a new system. We can state that without this new system, smoothly implementing great plans would be impossible.

Our motto is: "Those who care for people always win." Well-being at work is a shared responsibility of individuals, companies, and occupational health care, and it is also the path to success. That's why we, the Norre team, come to work today. We persistently seek solutions and are willing to make an effort for success.
