Occupational health care has previously been just a distant service in my own career, assumed to function when needed. However, this service doesn't always meet expectations. There's uncertainty about where to contact, whether the matter falls within the scope of occupational health care, and when it's appropriate to reach out to occupational health.
Joining the development of Norre, I was excited about how I could significantly change society and Finnish working life with my contribution. Familiarizing myself with the current state of occupational health care, legislation, best practices, and existing processes, I have gained increasing confidence that Norre's existence is a real jackpot for Finland. As someone inclined to engineering thinking, I've often marveled at how even seemingly small development measures can bring significant relief to the everyday life of occupational healthcare and handle things with a better approach than before.
What services are included in each customer's agreement? What tasks should be remembered to be done and by whom? Have I remembered to contact all necessary parties to fulfill the promises according to the agreement? Can I now use resources to serve this customer, or should I prescribe additional examinations in order to meet our company's profit targets?
Wait a minute, seriously? One shouldn't have to ponder and stress about these things in today's world, especially in an industry where it concerns people's health and well-being.
What if experts used their working hours for what they are trained for? It's not in anyone's interest for a nurse to work in uncertainty, and the customer is completely unaware of what to expect from occupational healthcare.
At the core of Norre's service is always the customer's interest. Thanks to its own development team, Norre has a system that helps keep both the customer and the care team up to date on what is going to happen in occupational healthcare. Norre's development team is in constant interaction with both sales and care teams, allowing the Oma Norre system to be improved day by day through user experiences and customer feedback. Through collaboration, we can create a success story where Finns thrive in working life!
